Welcome.
I build e-democracy. I coined the term back in 1994. Now it is 2007 and
the opportunity to improve communities and democracy using the Internet
has never been better.
 As a new Ashoka Fellow, from November 2006 forward, I am now dedicated full-time to E-Democracy.Org. From 1994 through 2006 I subsidized my extensive volunteer time with E-Democracy.Org based on my public speaking and project work. No more. With my induction as an Ashoka Fellow, I now have a three year stipend to grow the organization substantially and in particular help share Issues Forums with communities around the world.
